Napili Kai Beach Resort, celebrating 50 years on the beach at Maui’s beautiful Napili Bay, is offering rates starting at $50 for the night of September 15, 2010 to mark the resort’s 50th anniversary. For that one night only, the following Anniversary Rates will apply for all Napili Kai guests staying a minimum of three paid nights: Studio $50 (usual rack rate is $310-$455); One-bedroom suite $100 (usually $475-$670); Two-bedroom suite $150 (usually $685-$995).

These Anniversary Rates are subject to applicable taxes, based on room availability at time of booking, and are effective for both existing and new reservations for the night of September 15th. The Anniversary Rates can be combined with other specials, such as Napili Kai’s on-line offers for fall travel featuring 50% off One-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites, reimbursement of airline baggage fees, or 5th, 6th, and 7th-night free packages. Requiring a three-night minimum stay, the night of September 15 will be discounted and the other nights will be charged at the applicable rates or provided free if guests qualify for one of the free-night packages. Napili Kai was founded in 1960 by a group of Canadian and American investors. The resort first opened as “Napili Kai Beach Club” with 11 ocean front units on prime beachfront property facing crescent-shaped Napili Bay. Today the property, now called “Napili Kai Beach Resort,” is a deluxe full-service resort made up of 163 hotel rooms, studios, and one- and two-bedroom suites in 11 low-rise plantation-style buildings. Studios and suites include kitchen facilities (hotel rooms do not have kitchens). Other amenities include a large ocean view whirlpool spa, two putting greens (one for children, one for adults), shuffleboard courts, fitness room, boutique day spa, and guest barbecue facilities. World-class golf and tennis are available across the street from Napili Kai in the Kapalua resort area.
